Inauguration Day Filing

January 20, 2005

The SEC and other federal government agencies in the Washington, DC area will be closed on Thursday, January 20, 2005 to commemorate the Presidential inauguration holiday. However, since January 20, 2005 is not a nationwide federal holiday, it is considered a normal “business day” for EDGAR filing date purposes.

To accommodate filings on Thursday, the EDGAR system will be available during normal business hours (6:00 am through 10:00 pm Eastern Standard Time).

The filing desk for paper filings will not be open on January 20, 2005. All paper filings with a due date of January 20, 2005 will automatically have the due date adjusted to the next business day, January 21, 2005.

EDGAR Filer Support staff will provide a reduced level of support services:

• General filing help will be available via email only. Contact them at filer-support@sec.gov.
   
• Form ID and Update Passphrase requests will not be processed.
